A quick guide to the questions we get all the time.
1. How does custom music work?
We’ve exclusively partnered with Yanchanproduced to create custom music, tailored exclusively to your film. Working closely with Yanchan, we collaborate to design a musical piece that perfectly reflects the essence of your special day, making your wedding film truly one-of-a-kind.
All we ask from you is to share a song that holds special meaning for both of you, and we’ll handle the rest!
2. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. We film all over Canada and internationally. If your wedding is outside Toronto, the only extra fees you would be paying for is flight and stay for 3 people in total.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Your security deposit is non refundable because it locks in your date. Everything else you have paid is refundable if you cancel.
If you want to reschedule, we can move your booking to any date we are available. You can also use your payments as credit toward a future shoot or even transfer it to a family member or friend as long as we are free on that date.
4. How long are your films?
Our full films are usually around forty five minutes to one hour long.
Your highlight film is a short three to five minute cinematic recap that captures the best moments in a beautiful way.
5. How and when do we receive the final film?
All final videos will be delivered online and securely stored on our website for 10 years
(private link). If you'd like the raw footage as well, we can provide that—just supply us
with a 2TB hard drive, and we'll include it for you.
Our usual delivery time is 10-12 months. After more than 8 years of experience, we've learned that this timeframe allows us to create a timeless masterpiece that you’ll treasure forever.
6. What are your hours like?
Our standard coverage is eight hours for weddings and fourteen hours for weddings with receptions. If your day has a unique schedule, just send us an inquiry and we will put together a custom quote that fits exactly what you need.
7. What is your filming style?
A blend of documentary and cinematic. Real moments captured beautifully without forcing anything. Emotional, intentional, story driven. Your film will feel like you, not a template.
8. What if we are awkward on camera?
Most couples say this and then end up looking like movie stars without even trying! Nobody is instantly comfortable in front of a camera and that is completely okay. Most people feel the exact same way.
Our job is to guide you, make you feel comfortable, and bring out the candid moments that make your film feel authentic and beautiful.
